Stupid question, but why don't you print a PDF? You could have it bound or perforated to put in a folder.

Printing the pdf in a copy-center costs 40 euro, it's less comfortable since printed in A4 size (it means bigger and heavier), and I'd like to have the original book published by Motorola to complete my collection of their books. It will be a book that I will use a lot, anyway.

Say a folder of punched sheets usually doesn't survive neither it suits my suitcase when I travel, and usually more prone to rip.

yes, already seen, but it's not exactly clear in which condition they are, no pic provided, also I prefer a pre-owned by a single owner rather than having to deal with a library.

I am located in Europe, importing from USA has an extra cost for me.

Most EU countries have a treshold below which importing doesn't mean any additional fees.

You could use a print-on-demand service, they might be quite a bit cheaper than a copy shop (I had good experiences with Lulu.com). And the result is a real book. Choose a format thats about the original size (the PDF says its 178x223mm, so 6''x9'' should be OK), no need to go to A4.

The book is $24.58 and shipping is free, so there doesn't appear to be any tax. Think solutions, not problems.
