WTB: SWR meter used or cheap

So I really want to get back into ham radio I got my general years back kept up with it and now since I'm disabled I am quite isolated and having people to talk to would be nice. I have a beofung so need 2 meters and 70 cm, and also have a small 40 meter 5 watt, and trying to buy a real HF rig maybe depending on cost. Since I haven't been able to work I need to make sure I get the best price, unfortunately I can't drive and go to HAM swaps (I know the first reply is going to be You get it at a HAM swap!).

Ever since I saw this Kevin Loughlin video on youtube where he has a MFJ meter with a $30.00 price tag on it I have been envious. I can't afford to buy a bunch of antennas, but even if I could building them is the most fun a mix of math and mainly experimenting, "Its not supposed to that! But its working" is the best part! So I realized my earlier problem were caused by bad SWR I think. I have a bunch of antennas ready to be built like a tape measure ant, the stellar labs $30.00 FM antenna you can chop down to any VHF UHF low wave length and some long wires for HF I want to test.

So best to get two meters one for <30mhz and one for vhf/uhf?
I also have vision problems so I need to be mindful of the screen. Analog gauges work well.
Anyone have one laying around? I'm on the east coast in the US will pay for it plus shipping, can send bitcoins either lite coins or paypal. Not sure what I want so I'm half asking what I need and what's offered.
