Why someone will ever want to build this? I usually find his video entertaining, but sometimes... After watching his video on his feelings about putting the electric shocker in his butt, now YT has suggested me this.

What's so bad about cats? One should put this next to their maneki-neko in Japanese (and also some ill-informed Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai) restaurants.

It's a cultural thing.

Just like if I learned to speak fluent Mandarin there would be aspects of Chinese culture that I would never fully understand.
