Amusing equipment misuse

I saw this marketing clip for BAE Systems on twitter, and I couldn't help but laugh at the apparent use of a fluke high voltage probe and insulation breakdown tester as an antenna.

Reminds me of that model holding a soldering iron by the iron instead of the handle.. was it in a keysight ad?

What is the resonant frequency of that HV probe, I wonder?  :)
Not easy, not hard, just need to be incentivised.
