Title: Any good places to buy enclosures? (1/4 DIN car size)

I'm working on a project which requires an enclosure in 1/4 din size, (90mm x 25mm and 50-100mm deep) but I'm having trouble finding any.

1/4 DIN is a size used in cars for modules smaller than a full DIN (180x50mm ISO 7736). It enables you to fit 4 modules in one DIN slot. (two on top and another two next to them).

Does anyone know of any available or know of any places that specialize in selling enclosures.
I've already had a look on Digikey but can't find any cases that are 90x25mm

Probably looking at buying 50 per year, so it's not worth having anything specially designed.

not sure what you are planning on doing with the front of the unit, but metra makes a 1/4 din pocket and also manufacture various trim pieces.  http://www.metraonline.com/part/88-00-9700 (http://www.metraonline.com/part/88-00-9700)

There will be ~4 leds, a 4 position rotary switch and a pot control on the front of the unit.

We're hoping to laser cut the front panels and have all the controls PCB mounted.
So a unit that has a flat plastic detachable front panel would be ideal.

My suggestion is not the right width, but it is an Al extrusion (or same thing is available in plastic) that can be made to any length.

Would be very easy to add a front panel PCB.

Thanks, that's the most suitable case i've seen so far.
