Anyone recognise this device..?
« on: February 24, 2017, 03:01:31 pm »
Hi, does anyone recognise this device? I'm trying to identify the manufacturer and product.

Any advice would be great...

Thanks, in advance,
Phil

That logo looks like it's from GigaDevice: http://www.gigadevice.com (found thru here: https://www.elnec.com/en/support/ic-logos/?method=logo)
An image search seems to confirm this (found in google):

But I can't find that reference in their site. If the naming is similar to other chips, it should be a 16Mb SPI Flash (page 61 of this datasheet: http://www.gigadevice.com/product/download/236.html ) but couldn't find reference to a "LH" family on the site.
