Interesting how this version has a ROM emulator instead of the usual hard wired ROM.
Rather useful for a public display of how the computer works, as can change the software at will.

They also recently rebuilt/restored a Teletype (model 19?) from the 50s era. Very cool, much like restoring a classic car accept one doesn't want it to burn rubber.

As someone who, as a child, witnessed the moon landings, I am simply very glad that there are people recognizing the historical value of these masterpieces, and attempting to document and recreate it before the details vanish.

Although not as famous, the Apollo Saturn V Launch Vehicle Digital Computer (LVDC), is also part of this history. Fran Blanche has an excellent video on this computer:
