Battery

I just got this battery: http://www.batterymart.com/p-12v-7ah-sealed-lead-acid-battery-f2.html

I also got a battery charger, but it doesnt have indication lights.. How can i tell when the battery is fully charged?

lol i knew someone would ask for it.. the trust is that it does have indicator light for full charge, but the light went out, and dont have any leds to replace it.. waiting on shipment will get here tomorrow.. but mean while is there a way to tell whether or not the battery is fully charged?

If the battery gets removed from the charger and one hour later measures 12.6V or above its full.

No load, just put the multimeter on it to measure voltage.
Wife hates words like Fluke, Ersa ...

Typically a lead-acid battery is charged when the charging current is about 2% of the battery A/H rating, in this case 2% of 7A/H = 140mA

Yes no load.
And do not forget that in this battery there is many individual cells in line.
