Up until 3 weeks ago, I had never ordered from Arrow (that I can remember). Now I have placed 6 orders in the last 3 weeks.
Orders 2, 3, 4, and 5 arrived mostly as expected. Order 1 hadn't arrived, so I checked its status. It was cancelled! No email notification or anything, just cancelled.
So, I ordered some of the items from that order from Digi-Key, and placed order 6 with Arrow for the remainder. It was supposed to arrive yesterday but I hadn't received a shipping notice. I chatted with support this morning. They don't know why the order never shipped, they think it was an issue with PayPal.
TL;DR: 33% of my Arrow orders have failed.
