Sharknado 3 wasn’t actually that bad. This surprised me.

The VTOL birds are great! Totally realistic hovering like that.

It's an American movie, where eagles can do everything.

Since when? We don't know those people, never even heard of em. ;) #disowned

I hope the CIA wasn't behind that atrocity of a movie. Then again maybe they were and did it to brainwash us. ;)

The craziest part about birdemic is that the director of the film doesn't seem to understand that people like the movie because it is terrible. There is a VICE News interview where he makes many puzzling remarks and asks for millions in funding to make a sequel.

Hide some inaudible sound to stimulate our brains? Sounds like Sony/JIS HiRes is part of the plot :scared:.

I dunno about inaudible sounds, but the very audible (and very annoying) cacophony of bird squawks made my dog flip out when I played the clip.

The only "inaudible" sounds are the hissing static and distortion from the crappy "budget" recording equipment they probably used. :-DD

LOL, here ya go. Its 25 minutes, but highly recommended. Its pretty clear this guy is genuine and delusional...its almost sort of cute.  ;D

"After being rejected from the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, Vietnamese software salesman James Nguyen spent a week driving around the festival in a minivan covered fake blood and stuffed eagles guerilla promoting his low-budget 'romantic thriller' Birdemic: Shock and Terror.

This stunt caught the attention of two festival-goers, including VICE host Evan Husney, who after experiencing the film were enthusiastically compelled to release it throughout the country. Birdemic opened to massive mainstream media attention and was celebrated by audiences for its groundbreaking imperfections, some touting it 'the worst movie ever made'.

Years after the Birdemic phenomenon, Husney reunites with Nguyen who is still haunted by the film's reception and desperate to restart his career."

I'm fascinated by people like these. I'm reading this right now

Years ago my boss introduced me to Troma Films and also showed me Suburban Sasquatch, I was howling with laughter at the stupidity of it. RLM made a review of Suburban Sasquatch:

groundbreaking imperfections

Now there's an expression I'd like to adopt.  Not necessarily for film making, though.

Wow. You know that feeling you get when you’re embarrassed for other people (douche chills would be the technical term), yeah, that documentary has a lot of that.

You’re right though, there’s something just so sincere about that guy. It’s like he doesn’t realize the world is laughing *at* him and not *with* him!

Wow. Watching Birdemic makes me afraid. That brain damage might be contagious via the eyes.

Now that's how to do over the top right. But where's the dance scene? There's supposed to be an enormous dance scene.

Indeed. I live in a rather Indian district of London so I'm waiting for something like that to come on at the local cinema. I'm going  :-+

A genuinely crap one: Who Killed Captain Alex (from Uganda):
