Please go and get professional help.

I did.

Good.
In some cases, it can take a while for the medicines to take effect (I have been led to believe, perhaps 2 weeks, depending on the specific medicines involved).

Hopefully things will settle down now.
I hope (if necessary) their followup care (plans) are good.

So your solution is, if someone complains pump him full of meds?

What is your profession if I may ask?

This isn't really about me, it is about you.

If the professionals can help you WITHOUT needing any medications, then great.
As long as it works out for you, then that is fine.

Just be careful that you don't convince yourself that everything is going fine, when things aren't really fine (as perceived by everyone else). So talking, or medications or whatever helps you are needed.

Please, name the professions of these "professionals" as I don't know who to talk to to expand my options.

Well that is the thing I don't know what is going on and what are everyone else perceiving.
How do I find out, I have to iterate from other experiences and examples of real world situations.

Different varieties of Counselor/Nurse/Doctor/Psychologist and maybe other people as well.

Well that is the thing I don't know what is going on and what are everyone else perceiving.
How do I find out, I have to iterate from other experiences and examples of real world situations.

That is part of the reason why it is best to see one of the professionals I listed above, rather than try to use a forum.
In the UK, you would usually see your GP (General Practitioner, Doctor). Who can talk to you, and then help you choose between the different options.
It is not clear what country you are in.

Is there a humanitarian organization or charity that would take a middle aged fat fuck like me?
Clinical Psychologist plus a change of an environment.
I feel that is like taking a free pass , but if my brain or they disable me , what else can I do?
Some meds that are fat soluble can accumulate in your system.  Considering your posts and and what you might be taking, a lot more meds fall into this category.  You are right about the doctors not doing what they should or they would have told you this.    My guess is you might need to get your meds adjusted and start a good exercise program so they meds don't start having a toxic affect.  Everything you say sounds plausible but the hypnosis part.  That's what makes me think this way.

You know they only give 15 minutes to a patient, then you have to go.

@hermit

Nobody knows nothing about hypnosis , I asked one shrink does he know any hypnotist , he said no.
I strongly suspect it can be abused to cause misfortune to someone.

You know they only give 15 minutes to a patient, then you have to go.

In the UK, I think it is normally 10 minutes (for GP Doctors). But if you want, you can request a longer session, if necessary.

If they recommend you see a specialist. The specialist should be able to see the patient for longer.
But I have heard that for some services (such as mental health), there might be a big shortage of doctors (or bed shortage, I'm NOT sure, it is not really something I know much about) to see (it is complained about on the UK news, from time to time).
The mental health services are not suppose to be that great in the UK. If the UK news is to be believed, especially for younger people.

Few days ago I was careless, among other things , I was preparing to experiment with SMPS, maybe make a video.
But then I plummeted. I don't believe my brain would do this to me, it must be that i am in to some deep shit.

Man, I can't possibly imagine what it feels like to be you right now. It is probably terrifying.

You really should sit down with a mental health professional though. It may not seem like it is the most important thing for you to do right now. Also you mentioned something earlier about dopamine...I really hope that you are not taking it, because that would be the last drug someone with paranoid delusions needs. High levels of dopamine is the main biological sign of schizophrenia, and normally is only prescribed to people with Parkinson's disease. When is the last time you were at the psychiatrist, you may need to have your medication adjusted. I really do want to help you, but it is so hard to convince someone that they need help in person yet alone over a forum. The best person you could talk to right now would be a clinical psychologist, but that is just a fancy term for someone who pursued a higher education in psychology but did not want to go MD to prescribe medication. They generally disagree with a lot of pill pushing psychiatrists. (Source of opinion = My girlfriend = studying to be a clinical psychologist)

You need real help, and although I would like to think that these posts are helping you. The sooner you get help the better off you are going to be. If this continues down the path it is currently on, you may end up to a point where you are dangerous to yourself or someone else. Unfortunately mental health care isn't very good, even in the US, we are getting better but there is still so long way to go. Good luck with finding a solution to your current predicament.

One thing is  clear to me now .
Written format works for me. Email (Clinical) Psychologist , I have to find out if there is such a service , and how much they charge.
I know they charge 20 euro for a 1 hour session (with physical presence )

Think about it. It is easiest for everybody to call me crazy than to tackle with real problems.
It's the other way around man.
You are saying you have no mental health problems at all?

My mental problems fade away.
But my enemies bring them back, that is what I think is going on.

Nobody wants to get mixed up in my mess, at least doctors , so they call me crazy.

You tell us being crazy does not mean that people might not be out to get you. However, if you ask yourself whether that might not be related to each other, don't you have to admit that it maybe, possibly might have to do with each other? The problem with mental problems is that sometimes facts become impossible to distinguish from what is inside our own minds.

Also, even though you might not believe so at the moment, doctors genuinely want to help you. That is what doctors do. Even if it might be a tough case. That is why you need to get some help. You cannot fix this yourself. You will need someone to help you and there are plenty of doctors out there that are willing and capable to do so. But you will need to get some help yourself.

I have been helped by doctors few times. But.
Psychiatric patients are not respected and are easy targets.

Especially because I love my solitude , and even if I try to socialize people don't find me a friend material.

Like if I send an email , to a known person ,or a new person , there is 99% chance I won't get any reply.
If I ask a question they won't tell me even if they know.

If I didn't have "health" problems I would totally give up on people and immerse myself in online activities.

Spammers have broken email so badly that not getting a response to an email is typical.  There is a good chance the person never got it.  Kill more spammers.

I would disagree with that. Doctors do what they do because they want to help people. You do not deal with psychiatric patients unless you chose to do that because you wanted to. Being a doctor is a calling, not just a job.

I would have thought that gmail is pretty good, both with spam and reliability.

You're not crazy, that is such a terrible word. You have an illness, and because you have an illness doesn't mean you should label yourself crazy. Just like most diseases, they are treatable with proper medical help.

To address that percentage, I looked all over for even a single documented case where someone who was perceived to be delusional and diagnosed with some sort of psychosis was actually being persecuted in some form. You can either let this feed the conspiracy in your brain or let it be a red flag that you are in fact not special. You keep pushing us to find evidence of the persecution of other people, but what does that accomplish besides feed your own anxiety and fear.

You should know that you are not a singularity when it comes to feeling and believing the things that you do.

@Pseudobyte

Actually my anxiety and fear go high when everybody is telling me everything is OK, but I see it is not.
It would be much better if I knew who is doing this and why , most importantly how.

I suppose it is all about evidence , if I had any ,even though doctors say I'm "sick" , you would be telling a different story.

Edit:

Sorry about that.

How did you look all over, what did you type in Google ?
News articles , science papers ... where do you look?

Is a prank call an evidence? Do you want me to tell you about it?
This one was recent.
The purpose of it was to insult.

I should have recorded it, it wouldn't be much but at least something.
BTW in my country it is illegal to record your calls , and almost never usable as evidence in court.
