Help needed on MSFT licensing

I purchased Vision Std and Visio Pro, both on My Choice Software.
The Visio Std can be registered under My Office account, but the Visio Pro can't. It can still pass MSFT validation and activation, but it won't show in My Office account.

Now here's the problem. Before I bought my Visio Std, Visio Pro works fine after I log into my MSFT account.
With the new Visio Std added in my account, the Visio Pro tries to check out the Std license (only one) from my account every time it signs in.
That means, not only I'm not able to use my Pro license if I choose to sign in to my MSFT account, it also violates the single license, single computer agreement.

My question: how to prevent Visio from checking out licenses from my MSFT account, and use its offline license, while still keep OneDrive-Office integration working?
