I know how television works!

The camera creates a dwarf clone of everybody on set, and teleports them to inside the tube. You could reach in and grab stuff, but the glass is too thick, because the TV manufacturers had too many issues with little people being killed.

i thinks this is hows its workses
I forget who I am sometimes, but then I remember that it's probably not worth remembering.

I have a 1934 book that gives detailed instructions on how to build your own TV receiver. you start with a 20 inch disc of sheet tin into which you then drill holes 30 of them.

 What's interesting is it appears they are using the same mobile trucks 17 years later.

Don't laugh, the ABC here in Australia used there OB's for a lot longer than that !!

Most of them only got retired relatively recently, and can now be seen around the county side re purposed as motor homes....
