Back in 1963, I wonder if they even had a clue to the degree of graphics processing horse power we have today.

Good find, Simpson. I note the reference to grabbing resistors and transistors from a library. And today we have Altium - advanced PCB design using CAD.

Ivan Sutherland is still alive. He is 80 years old. We had our own Ivan Sutherland in Australia. His name was Norbert Nimmervoll, a lecturer at RMIT who used the Data General Nova computer to teach engineering students vector graphics in 1977.
