Oh that's a new one, usually the fake cells are filled with sand.
This is the same 'prank' certain chinese businessmen do with USB powerbanks, give you one real cell (with a tiny cell inside), and 3 fake cells filled with sand.

If they had actually rediscovered Greek Fire that would be quite a trick :)

At least when it does inevitably catch fire, it will put itself out.

Unless they've stuck liquid butane in there, in which case that is the coolest battery to have ever been made. It's also the most dangerous, and I wouldn't even have it in the house.

idk what I'm talking about anymore, but that's interesting anyways.
I forget who I am sometimes, but then I remember that it's probably not worth remembering.

Update 1
Actually all three cells give voltage so my best bet is some tiny lithium cell (coin cells?) inside but .. LIQUID FILLING? This is NUTS..

Update 2
Tested 350mAh each... wow.. i am impressed.. i also understand the need to add liquid inside them.. THEY GOT VERY HOT and its obvious,  a 350mAh cell charge/discharging at 3C will get very HOT  esp. when contained in a closed space without thermal transfer to the outside...

Update 3
Tested LEDs.. 1,6A @3.3V for the 20 White SMD leds (there are 2 red and 2 blue which i didnt measure).... that makes a little over 5W... They claim 10W .... heheheehehe

I knew about cells with sand but.. LIQUID?

A friend is asking me to open these.... i told him, i dont risk my life for .... 40 subscribers, and if he wants to risk his life holding the camera i would do it at 100k maybe LOL
No, really i am NOT opening them... i really consider the chance liquid or whatever this is might be toxic!
If i judge by the foul chemical smell still on my desk this morning i really dont want to do this!

That's not aftershave Marv, that's kerosene! The batteries are filled with it! >:D

I don't think there's a smaller cell inside, but just a few turns of the electrodes/separator, and the liquid sound is excess electrolyte sloshing around.
