According to the datasheet of ACPL-790x, the output rise/fall time (typical) is 1.7us.
Since Cadence Orcad v10.3 does not have the PSPICE model for TL032A, I choose TL082.
The simulation results with TL082 (without/with C1/C2 capacitors) are attached.
Note that the output rise/fall time is limited by the slew rate of TL082.
The last figure compares the specs of TL082A and TL032A.
Since TL082A's slew rate is approximately two times higher than the TL032A, it is expected that the output rise/fall time of the TL032A will be higher too.
I'm looking for alternate parts (with better performance, e.g. higher slew rate than the TL032A and the TL082A, similar (or lower) input voltage offset to (than) TL032A, higher GBW (e.g. >10MHz), available in DIP package, etc.) to replace the TL032A.
I hope that, with alternate op-amp, the post signal conditioning circuit will not "add" more rise/fall time to the input signal.
