Hi
I've hacked an ordinary fidget spinner by adding an motor so it can spin by itself

Challenging part was to power the rotating motor contacts but i solved it with some copper tape must check !

Put some coin cells in the three lobes and make a weighted switch that will make contact with centrifugal force of an initial spin and you will be a big hit in the free energy forums.  You could even market them.

A little air jet will keep them spinning too.  Not in the wheel house of this forum, but even simpler and the only wear problem is the bearings.  It will also spin it fast enough to worry about structural integrity and it will spin seemingly forever coming down from there.
