I’d say you’re off to a great start.  :-+

As wraper said, many people have been doing far worse for years because they never learned right.

Keep practicing, experimenting with various boards and components, before moving onto anything expensive! The soldering on the LCD looks great.

What isn’t visible is how long it took to do each joint. Practice so that you can do a joint quickly, which puts less stress on the component and board than doing the joint slowly, or going back and fixing it repeatedly. Practice practice practice! :)

yeah but this time I set the temperature to 350 rather than 300 and the results are much better
