If this is for your studies, you can always look if there's a cheap copy available second hand from another student.

This is not a warez site, and discussion of where to find warez could give our host Dave significant legal trouble.

You can get a legitimate Kindle edition for under $8 USD: https://www.amazon.com/Essential-Calculus-based-Physics-Study-Workbook-ebook/dp/B06XGRHB95

It says its available on Kindle for PC.   It *MAY* be possible to convert the Kindle edition to PDF, but again, discussing methods and possibly nessercery DRM removal aren't appropriate here.

So discussions regarding circumventing drm on $8 ebooks is not ok, but circumventing software licences for extremely expensive test equipment is?

If it's not available at the usual (Russian) sites, it probably doesn't exist and you'll have to make an ebook yourself if you really want one.

Free things are always nice, but unfortunately it seems as if this book isn't too popular, so it might not be easy to find a PDF copy floating around somewhere. I personally don't like digital textbooks and feel I don't learn as well from them, so I much prefer the dead tree format.

I should add, have you checked your local library?
