"Let's say for example that a refrigerator motor requires 100 amps to operate..." ???
I think I can say with certainty that if my refrigerator motor required 100 amps to operate then my electricity bill would definitely be too high! :o
I would guess this is another one of those "power factor correcting" capacitors in a box thingies? A very expensive, gold plated $15/mo capacitor...

Do you have a pool ? LOL
Yes it is the toy box with the capacitors, speculating that if you have motors in your home,
it will some how improve the power factor of the Mains.
Yes if you have a pool, you have an small engine room with two or four pumps.
And if you are stupid enough, you will believe that those motors they need the magic box.
Well they do not.
Simple as that.

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I like monthly payments for a physical device that needs no external service. I should starts selling CFL bulbs for $5/mo, stating they save energy better than regular bulbs.

WTF is a 'magnetic amp'?
it's a special "non magnetic" amp which lives in a tin box and also able to power your electrical devices magic pudding style.
