This is a magnifying transmitter, so the primary is the copper tubing you can see, then the secondary is inside the white housing. The top of the secondary connects to the transmission line which enters the base of the third coil, with the discharges coming from the topload of this tertiary coil.?

Anyone know of a bigger tesla coil?  Would love to know how this works?

The Fry’s Electronics store in Fremont (just up the road from the Tesla car factory) has a very large Tesla coil on display and they fire it off a couple times a day for shopper’s viewing pleasure.  A must see if you visit the San Francisco bay area.  It was in place long before Elon Musk ever announced electric vehicles.

This Ed Wingate dude has a variac that looks like it controls an oil pipeline gate valve. It's hugeous!

I know of one that might be slightly larger. It’s hard to tell. Maybe by a few inches.. https://youtu.be/FY-AS13fl30

That is a 6 foot ladder.  I would say this one is at least twice the size of the one I posted.

Here is the largest hand-held portable unit I've seen: FAST FORWARD TO 5:30.
