Title: Please help to identify these parts on a 16-bit ADC board
Post by: onemilimeter on September 28, 2011, 11:30:58 pm
Please help to identify the parts shown in the image attached below. I guess Part-D is a resistor, which is in light blue color, is it a special type of resistor?

Cheers.

Part B is probably a dual Philips BC847 NPN transistor. The center pins are the bases. The next pin clockwise from a base is the emitter, and the pin on the opposite side to the emitter is the collector.

Part C is probably a dual diode - Possible either a dual BAS40-04 or a dual BAT54SW schottky diode.

Part D looks like a 1.4K resistor. Don't know what the blue color means.  Unless someone can recognise the manufacturer, it will probably be hard to work out things like tolerance.

Part A? A Texas instruments TL085 opamp JFET opamp is my best guess.  Looks right.
