RCD Snubber Designs

I already designed pwm inverter 12 to 200V ,55Hz.
So I want put RCD Snubber across primary welding of the transformer.
I want to know how to choose proper value and rating of the Capacitor , Resistor and Diodes.
There is spike of about 1kv  or more than and I don't about harmonic frequency
These caused my Irf3205 is heating up when I turn on inverter even no load , MOSFET is heating up
Other MOSFET is cool
Please help me
