Segway Infokey Resetting

Hi all
I have 3 segway infokey, different segways i2, and they present the same problem which is already reported, however, I did some additional test and get some weird result
When I power the infokey with the recommended battery which is 2430, and a push the power button, it reset the infokey (the clock/time, distance, etc is reseted) and the segway did not power on. If I push the power button a second time it works. However if I use battery 2450 it don't happens (at least i already tested about 10x and never failed). Of course the battery cover cannot be used when using 2450 because of the size.
The info key is based in the following main components:  it use the microcontroller M430F437 and the RF generator CC2420 and for the display backlight which is not important here it use SB6540S (but i'm not pushing the backlight button, so not important here).
Besides that is use so others components, resistor, xtal, capacitors, etc
Any idea?
