Can I use this device W25Q64VSIG in the place of GD25Q64BSIG?
The clock frequency is slightly higher on GD25Q64BSIG
Its for a TV firmware

It should be OK, very few products push the frequency to the limit. That said, if you could check the SPI clock (SCK signal) with a scope, you can check the actual frequency being used.
