UT61E problem
«

i am using ut61e multimeter and there is a problem when i am trying to measure an AC volt that the lcd shows up to 3 volt when i am changing the range of the multimeter (nothing connected) then it reduced to 0.3 volt then (after50 seconds ) to 0.03 then slowly to zero !
and the problem happens only with measuring AC values but when i measure an power supply for example it told me 120 volt (true value no problem) so i don't know if there is a problem with the multimeter or not
(i noticed that the value is changing very quickly when i move the cables of the multimeter)
please help !

that's a true RMS multimeter and in a true RMS multimeter most of the time it displays a value different from zero
which is pretty normal, doesn't matter if you got nothing connected to your test leads.
That's an offset for compensation purposes.
