Wearable FHD display for microscope camera

I'm looking for a display that you wear like the widespread 3D VR glasses, but I just want a high resolution (1080p if posssible), no 3D and no VR. But whatever I do to search google, it just keeps giving me links to 3D or VR shit.

My goal is to use this with a microscope camera, so that I don't have to buy an HDMI monitor just to use the damn microscope. So basically, wearable display that looks very much like those gamer 3D, VR masks, but no gaming gimmicks, just 1080p resolution display with HDMI input. Is there such a thing on the market?
