Not every farmer could milk a cow by hand,they've had milking machines way too long!

In some cases, the cow has still to be milked by hand.

For example when she is sick, the milk contaminated, they can't have her milk into the machine,
but has to be purged.

Milk fresh from the cow is the best tasting. Chill it down to 4C in the tank, stir it with the tank stirrer and take a jug out of it. Leave to settle for 5 minutes and take the top, all cream.
