exporting gerbers
« on: January 02, 2018, 01:09:48 pm »
I have tried sendsing gerbers to two different PCB manufacturers and both say that the drill layers are missing. Why is it so hard to get anything out of CS that anyone else can understand?

Seems most can deal with the ODB format, but a 6 day turnaround for PCB cart has turned into 2 weeks after titting about trying to export information they can use.

Hi,

Under the GENERATE OUTPUTS menu I always run the GERBER FILES then immediately after NC DRILL FILES......then zip all the files generated and send to fab.
I have been using Elecrow.com without issue.

Screenshot attached of my output files generated.

would ticking the box at the bottom of the box work best to produce a *.drl file?
