Title: why the red crosses all over the trace
Post by: Simon on August 15, 2017, 06:57:14 am
Attached is a screen print, I am confused about the trace I have manually placed that has red circles with crosses "punched" in them all over it. What have I done wrong now ?

It's a DRC violation.
If you hover the mouse over it there should be some indication as to why.
It could be track width, clearance, unassigned net, bridged solder mask etc

Ah yes it was because I had a maximum trace width set smaller than I made that trace.
