A scam project on Kickstarter. In a nutshell, they claim >15% fuel economy by passing fuel through some "specially treated vibrating silicates (sand) that without direct contact or power source transmit said vibration to the fuel, breaking it down into shorter chains and reducing CO2 emissions". Completely bogus.
I reported this to Kickstarter, but no action taken so far. Of course, maybe that's because nobody's backing (fortunately).
Got to stay vigilant.
