We have created and started selling 1st version of isolated USB-UART converter from May, 2017. There are many improvements we have achieved during this process.

I've been using some of Simone's earlier versions from Tindie with only 4 pins, and they've worked great for me.
I'm using them in a noisy electrical environment (switching mains supply on & off) where other isolators didn't help and caused USB disconnects.
Looking forward to getting a bunch of these new ones with the standard 6-pin "FTDI" format connector.  Upgrading my pledge from 5 to 10 pcs!
