Yes, with an integrated charger and an AC inverter.
There are so many associated safety concerns that successfully taking this to market for a small team with limited means seems way optimistic.

EDIT: Woah, wait, I notice some problems with that chart, the first being they both have the same discharge time, despite one being 3 times more capacity. Also, no balancing on the light model? Seriously? :palm:

No need to copy really. All the bits and pieces are readily available.
Building a safe product is not a Lego game, though, so they might learn that the hard way. Unless they just disappear with the $80k+ they raised. :popcorn:
