actions to mirror! the component one side only

Help hint what actions to mirror! the component or the group of components on one top side? A turn does not work.

I'm not sure I understand the question.  If you wish to place components on the other side (solder side, which in Eagle I beleive is blue) then you can just click 'mirror' and then click the component or trace of your choice.  The mirror cion, at least on my version looks a bit like like this "[ | ]"

I'll admit I don't have the latest version so I don't know if this has changed.

If you wish to put a group on the reverse, then highlight the group first, then click mirror, then right click the group and 'group: mirror'

No. I need to do it in one layer. It's like turning the palm 180 degrees.

That is what mirror does "turning palm 180 degrees" so to speak, so you are looking at the back of your hand.

This will put the components on the back layer.  I don't think you can mirror a component but keep it on the same layer, as that would mirror the silkscreen and put it on the wrong layer (like the solder side of a SOIC foot print, with mirrored pin markings).

Perhaps if you explain what exactly you are trying to do?

If they are TH components, such as resistors then you can always populate them on the other side of the board.
