Where did my libraries go?

Okay
Has anyone else experienced Eagle's little bug where the libraries disappear after hitting the "ltspice" export?
At first they only disappeared from the library list in the control panel, but still worked within the schematic view (with only the ltspice libraries showing up). Now only the ltspice libraries show up in all of eagles windows.

Any ideas? I hope Im doing something dumb....

So I just restarted my computer multiple times, and they showed up!

Minus all my custom libraries which have disappeared.
