Title: DF782 Package
Post by: Nuno_pt on June 03, 2016, 07:57:40 pm
Does anyone have an Eagle library of MiniCircuits for the DF782 package like PGA103+ or PGA105+?

http://194.75.38.69/case_styles/DF782.pdf (http://194.75.38.69/case_styles/DF782.pdf) and http://194.75.38.69/pcb/98-pl313.pdf (http://194.75.38.69/pcb/98-pl313.pdf)

I already try to create myself this on Eagle, but canĀ“t seem to get it right, so I'm stuck at this.

Any help on this?

Thanks Karel.

Seems that not many people use MiniCircuits components, so the library is empty, with this and other packages types.

Not many hobbyists (apparantly) use this component. It still could be that it's used a lot by professionals because they tend
to create their own libraries, which is really very easy with Eagle once you get used to it and when you use Eagle daily.

Looks like SOT89, will a SOT89 package work?

Actually, I took a SOT89 footprint which I made some time ago and modified it to create the DF782 footprint.

Maybe a SOT89 footprint will be fine, depends on the pcb requirements.
