Eagle For Beginners

Does anyone know of a good guide or possibly book for someone starting in Eagle, right at the bottom? I know that there is a free version with limited functionality but downloading that and struggling with the help files really isn't an option due to complexity.

If you are a beginner, I recommend to start with Kicad instead.
