Help with finding Eagle library parts - SOP44 and DIP36

Hey guys.
I have just started working with Eagle and want to make a basic converter board to convert a SOP44 eeprom chip to a 36 pin dip.
The eeprom is a 29L3211 and the DIP package will be the same as in a Super Nintendo game PCB
I cannot find any other SOP44 package in the built in Eagle 7.4 library or any other library on the net.  Can anyone help with these two parts?
Also how do you add solder jumpers to a schematic?

Sorry for the noob questions but I know what  want to design I just can't find the parts.
