tstop and bstop are the solder mask layers, however they are negatives, so they will show what isn't going to be covered by soldermask

I'd look for a ULP(?) script  - I bet someone has already written one.  If not, you could "print" the layer to a PDF (there are lots of PDF "printer drivers" that let you print to a PDF) and then use a vector art work program to inverse the colors.

Create a CAM job with just tStop or bStop selected, depending if you want the top or bottom, and choose the PS_INVERTED output device.

On Linux you can use evince to view and print postscript files, or convert it to PDF with ps2pdf, and view/print with Acrobat reader.  Ghostview/ghostscript will also work, but the user interface is not as nice.

If you're on windows, I have no idea, but I'm sure there are a number of postscript viewers available that you can print from.  Do a search, or maybe someone else can step in here who knows windows.

Shouldn't be too hard, since many printers and print drivers understand postscript natively.

Easiest way as stated is to export the Cam job with the layer inverted, then open the file with a gerber viewer and print it that way.
