Need Help with a PCB project ?

hi all
 
I do not know PCB design well at all but I try to do it with Eagle and I just
can not get it please can someone please help me and layout this out to PCB
 can someone do it in eagle would be great or any one just need a board
I had a guy make the Relay device on eagle so I attached to files ...

Hey worlda

It's not that hard:
First draw your schematics in Eagle (http://www.build-electronic-circuits.com/schematic-drawing.html)
Then draw the board layout (http://www.build-electronic-circuits.com/pcb-design-tutorial.html)

If you have any problems along the way, let me know and I'll do my best to help.
