I created a accelerometer PCB using ADXL335 in eagle. After finishing the schematic and board in eagle, in the final design pads were not shown for adxl335. What is the problem?

You can see the shape of the pads so it looks like you turned off solder mask opening and paste mask generation for that library part but didn't manually create these layers with polygons.

I'd move that via further to the right. Also look into tenting them.
