Title: polygon hatch at 45 degrees

Eagle make the hatching just at 90 degrees
It is a way to make it at 45 ?

Short answer, No.

Long answer, finish your board, rotate the entire thing 45 degrees then redo the polygon pour, export the gerbers, then rotate the board back to 0 degrees.
