Adding models in LTspice

So I am brand new to LTspice, have about 20 minutes of use total under my belt. Basically I don't know anything.

I'm trying to add this
https://www.diodes.com/assets/Spice-Models/Discrete-Prodcut-Groups/Zener-Diodes.txt
to my...library?

I copied it into Documents\LTspiceXVII\lib\sub and did the .include Zener-Diodes.txt thing. Set prefix of the zener on my schematic to X and the Value to MMBZ5227BS.

It just throws an error "Unknown subcircuit ..."

I searched around for answers but the terminology is so thick I'm suffocating. So I am hoping someone can break down how to do this.
