Fpga board design with Altium designer

Hello everyone

I'm an engineering student and i've a project with fpga and i want to make own pcb in altium designer. I started a little and i have a few questions.

Firstly;
1) Fpga's piecemeal in altium designer schematic section, bank0 bank1... why ?
2) I can't found all components for example linear tech voltage regulators. I cant dowload these how can i find?
3) How do i make pcb later schematic, is this automatic pass?(because fpga bank to bank, how can i combine to 1 chip in pcb)
4) What are your general advices for this project? I need your all advices, these are so important for me.
I do not have much time,
I would appreciate it, if you could send me more detailed information about these questions
