Free Altium viewer

Hello
Our PCB designer has made some faux pas in his layout. I need to investigate his work deeper and need to be able to "show nets" etc...i cant do this with a cheap gerber viewer. (gc prevue)
Does Altium have a free viewer?
Our PCB layout  guy says it hasnt but i thought it did?

Can he export Altium layout to Eagle so i can view it in my eagle pro?
