Gerber files RS-274 to RS-274X conversion (ESR/C meter no 9/2005 Elektor)

Can anyone help me convert files from the RS-274 gerber format to the RS-274X format. I would like to make a pcb ESR / C meter Elektor 9/2005, but the file format I downloaded from https://www.elektormagazine.com/files/magazine/2005/dolo/040259-11.zip. is not understandable for pcb manufacturers: jlcpcb, allpcb.
