How to rout xSignals in Altium

my circuit is like below:

IC1====>(20 differential pairs)=====IC2===(20 differential pairs)===>Female Header

I have used xSignals wizard in Altium. I have chosen the source (IC1), destination(Female Header) and ... within 10mils mismatch.
now some rules have been created to tune the length.
my question is:
now how should I start routing it? using ActiveRoute?..
