Manufacturing cost of fairly large PCBs? (240x120mm)

Heyo,
I'm working on a fairly large PCB design and I'd like to know how much is it gonna cost before I get too excited...

240x120 mm (~10x5")
Double-sided w/ silk screen
Mostly through-hole design
All-routed edges + fair bit of drilling
We're talking about 10 boards (all the same)

Also if you guys could recommend any manufacturers like http://dirtycircuits.com/ or something that would be nice:)

That is not large and not terribly expensive for any pooling service.

If you run the specs through pcbshopper you can get a bunch of price indications.
When I run it with the specs from your OP including shipping to Hungary, I get prices from about $90 up to $130 from the familiar Chinese suppliers  (Elecrow at $91, SEEED at $130).

*Prices where for 10pcbs in total including shipping. Excluding import taxes and stuff.

That is not a large board.
Several of those can fit on a standard panel they use for manufacture.
