panel breakoff

What's the best approach to panelize 8 mil Rogers boards? The usual breakoff tab for your typical fiberglass 62 mil thick PCB just breaks apart at the slightest touch...

yup, I made a booboo.

So I'm thinking of putting a bunch of 10 mil unplated holes around the board so it looks like a sheet of stamps.

That should be solid enough yet easily torn apart?

Use IPC mousebyte tabs, they have a hole in them to make breakoff easier.

properly designed mousebytes are the most controlled and professional way of doing this in my opinion...
