Hello,
They have mentioned list of materials.
But it is not matching with the pcb which I have.
As you can see in pic. one side is green and the other one is white.
Want to know which type of pcb it is ? What material?

Probably CEM-1 or FR4. It's green, because of solderresist layer over the board.

The white or cream boards used to be FR2 and the green circuit boards used to be FR4 (fiber glass based) ... but the green is just a colorant and can be used on other types of circuit boards.
Easiest would to grab a knife and scratch the board and use a microscope to see what the board is made out of.

Could also be a phenolic resin material, consistency similar to many plastics, usually single sided as shown. Tends to warp when heated to high, so it's use is limited in RoHs applications.
